• The sizing is determined by the length of the sign at the longest side, whether it is the height or length. In cases where the sign is taller than it is long, the height will be used to determine its size.
• Please keep in mind that the mockup image provided is solely for reference purposes. The product you receive will be the size that corresponds to the size specified in your order.

INSTALL:

1. Mark the points on the wall that you want to hang through the available positions on our neon lights.
2. Drill holes at the location marked above to screw into the wall anchor.
3. Place the wall anchors into the drilled holes.
4. Drill screws through the metal posts and into the wall anchors. Remember that there are two shock strips that gently press the acrylic sheet into the bracket.
5. Tighten the screws to the metal posts.
6. Connect the power adapter to the wall outlet.
7. Connect the neon lights to the regulator.

• Actual color may be slightly different from the image due to different monitor and light effects.
• Please allow 0.5-2 cm differences due to manual measurement.

Order Processing and Shipping Information

Estimated Delivery Time: Customers can expect to receive their products within 6-10 business days after payment has been received and their order has been processed.

Order Production: Your order will be placed in our waiting queue for two hours after payment before it goes into production. You have this time to edit your order information or cancel your order. Typically, production takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: 5–7 business days. Once the order is released to the carrier, each order has a tracking link that we email so customers can see the progress of their delivery.

Note: Business days do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address: Orders that are not delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete information are not our responsibility. Items returned to us may be reshipped for the following costs, with updated and accurate shipping information:

• $7 for re-ship to US per item
• $10 for re-ship globally per item

Multiple Addresses:  We only provide shipping to a single shipping address. Kindly place separate orders for each area you would like your items shipped to.

VAT: We do not collect taxes on any orders. If the recipient is responsible for any taxes and duties. Customers should contact their local customs office for more information as VAT charges may vary by country.

We offer a 14 day return policy to our customers. Since our products are bespoke, made-to-order, we allow for refunds under certain conditions which can be found below. You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us with any problems.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The goods are damaged
• There are visible defects in the print
• The item is the wrong size
• The item is the wrong color
• The item is the wrong design
• The item is the wrong style

Return & Refund Procedure:

STEPS TO CLAIM A RETURN

1. Submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the goods. Requests after 14 days will not be accepted.

2. The request can be made at Contact Us or by emailing support@mewneon.com.

3. Returns can be exchanged for the original item or refunded for the original purchase price. Requests are typically resolved within 24 business hours.

4. Ship the return to our warehouse at 2159 Gause Blvd E, Slidell, Louisiana 70461, United States with the order ID and at your expense.

5. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method as follows:

   • PayPal: Refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours
   • Credit Card/Debit Card: Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
   • If it is over the timeframe mentioned above and you have not received the refund, please contact us at support@jarvisneon.com

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel or changes your order, you must contact us within 2 hours after receiving your purchase confirmation. Your right to modify or cancel your purchase is invalid when the 2-hour period has passed and it starts manufacturing.

GIFTS

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
